Job description
1. Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA
and quality parameters in the allocated geography
2. Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like
College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment
Exchanges etc.
3. Manage all recruitment related compliances including Background
Verification, Negotiation Audit responses
4. Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline
5. Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure
completion within SLA
6. Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at
Respective Area
7. Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of
requirements in their respective verticals
8. Ensure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase,
for better employee experience.
Master`s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources
