  • Understand the position specific requirements and create the recruitment plan accordingly
  • Employ appropriate ways to attract the right talent and identify potential candidates through online databases like Naukri, LinkedIn, Emerson career page etc. 
  • Reaching out to candidates and maintaining a candidate database for current & future references.
  • Conducting initial screening and validation of the candidate profiles and coordinating further for interviews. 
  • Managing the IJP applications and referrals appropriately.

  • Campus hiring- Coordination, as required
  • Participating in the Offer process
  • Effective end to end utilization of Oracle Cloud Recruiting (OCR)
  • Regular follow up with the candidates till joining

The Role: Ratings - Talent Acquisition Recruiter   The Team:    Our team supports the Ratings organisation with all early careers and experienced hires recruitment across EMEA and APAC with the exclusion of Tech roles. This role will ordinarily be responsible for all experienced hires roles in India within the above parameters, in addition to covering roles across APAC and EMEA as required.  so A flexible mindset is important in this role and we are focused on collaborative, agile working practices.     The Impact:    You will be an expert in your aligned assigned portfolio and be able to provide two-way information sharing and close alignment with the Regional Lead based in London.  You’ll take part in building our organization by identifying and bringing the best talent in the market to work at S&P Global.   What’s in it for you:    The role will provide an opportunity to be exposed to leaders across your portfolio, whilst delivering high-quality and diverse talent. This is along with the opportunity to complete further relevant studies where this is of interest to our teams.     Responsibilities:    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for an experienced hires portfolio that will include a mix of commercial, operational and analytical roles.  Potential to also be exposed to early careers in multiple regions depending on need. Manage business, HR and counterpart (e.g. compensation, legal, compliance, global mobility) relationships.  Manage and ensure accuracy of recruitment data via ATS. Educate and influence business leaders and HR to change current practices, where necessary, and promote recruitment best practices.    What We’re Looking For:    A S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 3+ years’ of recruitment experience. This would include in-house experience.   Ideally have previous experience recruiting in the finance, financial services, consultancy and/or professional services sectors.  Proven capability of managing an experienced hires portfolio to include similar roles to our job families detailed above. Strong relationship management skills, agility, and ability to pivot from one role to the next is critical for success.  Advanced candidate sourcing skills, with experience using various direct sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, etc.). A proven track record of being able to manage a portfolio of circa 20-30 job requisitions at any one time. Experience in utilizing an Application Tracking System (e.g. Workday). Strong business acumen combined with strategic business partnership and consulting, which delivers tangible results.  Possess a good grasp of the global economic and financial landscape and its impact on our business.  Numerate and accurate with figures and detail-orientated, coupled with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and execution mind-set.
