Talent Acquisition Executive

 

Job description-

Independently manage end to end recruiting process.
-Responsible for Business Hiring & Stakeholder Management.
-Hands on experience and in-depth understanding of Sales/Non
-Tech hiring.-Review requisitions, understand hiring needs and conduct search to identify suitable candidates. 
-Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.
-Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio.

 

Experience Range:

1 - 3 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation, or Any PG

 

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements-

-Proven recruiting experience.
-Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle.
-Hands-on experience with social media recruiting.
- Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plus.
-Experience in formulating a hiring strategy.
- Outstanding communication skills.
