What you'll do:
Create Associate Experiences
Liaise with all new joiners to establish the connect and help them assimilate faster into the organization
Drive associate engagement initiatives through effective associate connect
Capture associate voice survey insights and plan key actions from Focus Group discussions across associate teams.
Handle separations process end to end. Conduct Stay Interviews, make efforts to retain, and ensure smooth offboarding experience
Enable Manager Effectiveness
Coach Mgrs on their roles and people issues
Enable resolution of complex policy interpretations
Resolve team conflicts
Grow Associate Careers
Deep dive into talent landscape and make recommendations as part of cyclical People Processes
Assist Lead People Partner with planning and implementation of People programs and initiatives within the pillar and across IDC.
Linkages with other HR Teams
Provide inputs to HR Operations on the policy gaps channelizing feedback from associates/managers
Ensure transactions related to data and systems (rewards, leaves etc.) are executed in alignment with standard organization practices.
Position Requirements:
Provide support to senior leaders and managers in team/client group in a single business function
Understand business goals and priorities and support manager and business leaders in driving people agenda
Analyze various data and people metrics and identifies trends
Execute cyclical People Processes e.g. goal setting, annual and mid-year performance cycles, promotions, compensation management, etc. with timeline adherence.
Facilitates or assists multiple team or group level talent discussions
Assist Lead People Partners with planning and roll-out of People programs and initiatives within the pillar and across IDC
Conducting investigations on employee relations matters in consultation with leads
Applies understanding of Walmart values and culture while consulting associates

What you'll bring:
Experience: 5-10 years in experience in Human Resources domain and relevant experience in HR Business partnering.
