  • Close interaction with business and manage end to end TNI aligned to business strategy.
  • Development and Testing of Learning pathways prior to roll out and maintenance post roll out
  • Tracking and working on learning/assessment completion progress dashboards
  • Program managing centralized L&D programs across the geography.
  • PoC for learning related queries.
  • Support in simplification activities towards enriched employee experience
  • PoC for L&D reporting activities at unit level
  • Support with L&D communication, newsletter and other branding activities
  • Other L&D project related tasks

You will bring :

Success Profile for a L&D project coordinator in a GSC set-up:

  • Around 6-7 years of overall work experience in HR of which at least 4 yrs in L&D field facing business.
  • Education: A degree/qualification in HR/learning related field is desirable.
  • Some experience and an interest in the field of L&D and technology understanding is required.
  • Self-Starter attitude!
  • Must be a good team player, working closely with multiple teams in a matrixed setup
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital skills (eg. launching surveys, building SharePoint, other PowerApps etc)
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to network and influencing skills
  • Exposure to Power BI is desired
  • Exposure to Degreed as LXP desired
