About the Role

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic roadmap for key global Talent Acquisition programs. They will partner closely with our Regional TA leaders to ensure we have consistent and engaging Talent Acquisition programs across all countries. They will operate at the intersection of DE&I and TA to drive our organizational DE&I strategy into our recruitment strategies, messaging, processes and efforts.  Besides the global Diversity recruitment strategy, this individual will also lead initiatives such as our Employee Referral Program and Alumni outreach efforts.

 

What You Will Do

  • Design and implement strategic TA programs, such as the diversity recruitment strategy and Employee Referral Program, scaling them globally and ensuring regional adoption 
  • Serve as a strategic advisor/subject matter expert on diversity, equity, and inclusion and act as a liaison between the corporate DE&I team, Employee Resource Groups and TA
  • Implement strategies and best practices to regional teams focused on ensuring we have diverse candidate slates and an inclusive hiring process
  • Act as an advocate for TA Programs globally; Market program capabilities to TA and HR employees while training on processes and best practices
  • Provides recommendations on partnerships, events, and tools that deliver impact and support our Diversity & Inclusion talent attraction strategies targeting diverse audiences
  • Manage the global Employee Referral Program while continuously analyzing data to identify areas of opportunity
  • Market and promote the ERP to increase employee engagement and awareness
  • Develop processes to enhance the referrer and referral experiences
  • Engage and collaborate with a network of global Program Champions to ensure adoption of best practices at the local level
  • Identify resources needed to reach objectives and manage matrixed global project teams in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare a budget to meet program objectives and track projects costs against plan
  • Leverage measurable insights to influence key stakeholders using data to tell stories 

 

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in HR/TA with hands on program management experience
  • Experience developing Diversity recruitment strategies
  • Experience leading programs across multiple regions with excellent presentation skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional relationships and influencing key stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint)
