About the Role

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Intelligence Analyst will leverage analytics to gain insight into labor market trends and provide actionable guidance to the global TA team. They will act as an investigative researcher to uncover hidden opportunities in the market, empowering our TA teams to attract and engage the best possible talent. The Sr. TA Intelligence Analyst will translate data insights into a story used to inform regional teams and influence key stakeholders.


What You Will Do

  • Work closely with Regional TA teams to identify key hiring priorities and challenges while providing data-based solutions
  • Conduct global labor market research to identify trends, talent demand analysis, sourcing opportunities and competitor benchmarking
  • Consolidate and analyze data from a variety of sources to produce (monthly, quarterly, annual) dashboards clearly articulating what the data means and how we can act upon it. Establish the narrative of what is happening in the market, how it impacts us and how we can capitalize on opportunities.
  • Develop recurring SWOT analysis across our industry and of our competitors
  • Conduct research into advanced TA analytics to identify opportunities to enhance our strategies and processes
  • Leveraging your talent insight expertise provide strategic recommendations to our TA teams on sourcing, messaging and marketing strategies
  • Utilize data to identify the root cause of recruiting challenges and provide recommendations for resolutions
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of the critical HARMAN skills to identify successful geolocation strategies and strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Review and provide recommendations for new tools and systems to support our Talent Intelligence needs
  • Support ad-hoc intelligence and analysis needs as required

 

 

What You Need

You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience​
  • 5 years’ experience analyzing TA/HR data to provide actionable insights
  • Experience converting data into presentations used to tell a story and inform/influence
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Experience working with and consolidating data from multiple sources
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and visual
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with a variety of talent intelligence tools

  • Willingness to travel up to 5%
  • This role is eligible to work remotely full-time with occasional trips into an office location required (this could be on 24-hour notice)​
