Assistant Manager / Manager - KCD Coimbatore - B2B SALES AND SERVICE
We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager / Manager at KCD Coimbatore. The position requires an individual with strong B2B sales and service skills. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for building and managing productive relationships with clients. Your main goal will be to ensure that clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMART. You will also be responsible for accurately defining products/services in the client's e-catalog and maximizing revenue through upselling. Additionally, you will need to achieve fortnightly and monthly client retention and revenue targets, follow up systematically and ensure time-bound closures, resolve complaints promptly, and conduct 4-5 in-person meetings with clients onsite daily. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B marketing, client services, and possess attributes such as the application of sales techniques, active listening, understanding of business contexts, good verbal and written communication, and the ability to work independently.
