Key Job Responsibilities: -

  • Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and competencies.
  • Identify training needs by conducting thorough assessments and gap analyses within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to determine training priorities and objectives.
  • Design and deliver training modules, workshops, and materials in line with identified needs and learning objectives.
  • Utilize various instructional methods, such as e-learning, classroom training, on-the-job coaching, and blended learning approaches.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Modify training programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics, venue arrangements, and participant communication.
  • Collaborate with external training vendors or consultants, as needed, to supplement internal training efforts.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in learning and development methodologies.
  • Maintain training records and documentation, including attendance, evaluations, and training materials.
  • Provide guidance and support to trainers, subject matter experts, and other training stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Stay informed about compliance requirements and incorporate them into training programs, as applicable.
  • Communicate training initiatives and progress to relevant stakeholders, including employees and management.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and organizational development through training.
  • Stay current with technology tools and platforms to enhance the delivery and management of training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and talent management teams to align training initiatives with performance management and career development efforts.
