Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the plan worked out with the Wellness Leader
- Work with a “health team” of vendors, brokers, and consultants to execute the agreed program for the organization/Business.
- Track the hours and type of Wellness spent at each department at an executive level.
- Report on health outcomes of members.
- Measure the Input and Output of the Wellness Programs
- Highly employee centric and empathic approach
- Ensure emotional wellness of all.
- Conduct counseling and Group sessions
- Track attendance
- Conduct One - One sessions with employees.
- Assess their emotional and mental behavior.
- Guide and coach employees.
- Monitor the employees’ progress on a regular basis to ensure that their needs are met by the course of action, and to adjust it if necessary.
- Manage or oversee fitness or recreation facilities, ensuring safe and clean facilities and equipment.
- Maintain personnel records.
- Execute team games and keep employees engaged.
- Support the site in creating a culture where staff wellness is paramount.
- Conduct or facilitate training sessions or seminars for wellness and fitness staff.
- Execute fitness or wellness classes, such as yoga, meditation, aerobics, strength training, or aquatics, ensuring a diversity of class offerings.
- Organize and oversee events such as organized runs or walks.
- Collect Feedback for enhancing wellness programs.
- Conduct opinion surveys or needs assessments on floors.
- Track attendance, participation, or performance data related to wellness events.
- Analyze data to inform personnel decisions.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure active participation for wellness programs.
- Dealing with individuals and teams
- Understanding individual employee issues and counselling them as required.
- Conducting seminars and workshops, activities with teams on regular basis
- Should conduct group sessions/meetings to address common observations/issues.
- Drive initiatives to tackle work stress (or) motivational session regularly as needed.
- Conducts classroom sessions, seminars on how to keep personal life balance, stress management, anger management, how to overcome depression, therapies, etc.
- Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Communicate with the management team on a regular basis to discuss observations and insights.
- Design customized workshops based on the nature of the work and design activity-based workshops.
- Psychometric assessments
- Managing personal confidential records and reports
- Manage clinical cases.
- Maintaining Dashboards
- Monitor health of employees
Key skills & knowledge:
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in this role, preferably performing similar role with any organizations.
- Additional certifications in therapy are an additional benefit.
- Corporate experience/ content moderation is a plus.
- Empathic
- Customer Management exposure and good presentation skills are a must.
- Should carry a lot of passion in doing this kind of role, comes across as a pleasing personality, blends well with teams & individuals should be able to build required trust, open-up to share their personal issues caused due to type of work they do on daily basis.
- Excellent communication skills
Educational Qualification:
MA (Psychologist) -Psychologists/counselors are required to be certified/experienced in wellness counseling.
