JOB DESCRIPTION

The firm is looking for experienced candidate to join its Investor Relations team under the Financial Operations vertical, based out of the firm’s offices in Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugram. The team is responsible for producing various marketing and investor materials for consumption by prospects and investors, managing and processing investor transactions, handling written investor queries and communications, managing investors’ database, and oversee technology projects to build controls, streamline workflows, and improve process efficiency.

What you’ll do day-to-day

In this role, you’ll produce and review various marketing and investor materials for consumption by prospects, investors, and senior management. You’ll have to liaise with various internal teams to gather data, understand the workflow and establish control in the preparation and review the processes for above. You’ll also work closely with the New York counterparts to manage and ensure smooth delivery of projects and discuss the implementation of policies and procedures. You’ll be expected to ensure all deliverables conform to the highest quality standards and are executed in a timely manner. You’ll be involved in Change Management covering the monitoring, understanding, analyzing the changes in the business and regulatory environment, and incorporating these changes into existing process and infrastructure. You’ll oversee and quality check the work product of junior team members and effectively mentor team members to drive performance, set goals, and manage their career development.

Who we’re looking for

  • The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in finance, along with four to six years of work experience in the financial services industry
  • The candidate should be self-motivated, result oriented, have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be a quick learner, give high attention to detail and should be able to meet tight deadlines
  • Candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Candidates that have significant experience with advanced features in Microsoft Office will have an added advantage
