JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our Financial Research group based out of Hyderabad. This group works closely with the front office to provide high quality and in-depth support to the investment research team and the decision-based processes of the firm’s global proprietary trading strategies.

What you’ll do day-to-day

In this role, you’ll be required to work on financial data research, which involves financial statement analysis, industry/company research, summarizing industry/company conference calls, and preparing quarterly earnings reports. You’ll be expected to oversee, and quality check the work product of junior members in the team. You’ll also have to liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Furthermore, you’ll be required to build and manage large financial data sets and perform exception analysis. It will be key to collaborate with the in-house technology team for automating processes to achieve operational efficiency.

  • The candidate should have a master’s degree in Business or Finance with two to six years of experience in the abovementioned areas or financial operations
  • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess exceptional analytical and leadership qualities, and have the ability to work independently with limited direction and guidance
  • Candidate should have proficiency in MS Excel
  • The candidate should have excellent understanding of financial statements The ideal candidate should have robust verbal and written communication skills.
