Join our Financial Research team in Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Gurugram

We seek a highly motivated and ambitious candidate to join our Primary Research Group based in India (Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Bengaluru). As a team member, you’ll play a critical role in providing knowledge-as-a-service and supporting our firm's traders/analysts on urgent and time-sensitive investment research requests. Our team operates in a small-group, close-knit setup, working collaboratively to achieve individual and team goals. We value teamwork and celebrate both personal and group successes. What you’ll do day-to-day

In this role, you’ll play a critical role in facilitating differentiated insights and supporting traders in making informed decisions. You’ll be expected to conduct extensive research, leverage a broad range of fundamental research products to generate differentiated viewpoints, actionable insights, and drive results. You’ll also be expected to manage custom projects, connect analysts with a dynamic network of top-tier professionals, and assist the investment team in gaining a deeper understanding of the companies they cover through regular engagements with in-house expert resources and subject-matter experts. To achieve operational efficiency, it will be essential for you to collaborate with our in-house technology team to automate processes and streamline workflow. Your ability to think creatively and drive results will be crucial to the success of our investment teams and the organization.

Who we’re looking for

• The candidate should have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree with up to three years of experience in consulting, financial services, market research, recruiting, other professional services, or a start-up environment
• The ideal candidate should have a general understanding and interest in consulting and financial markets, and be inquisitive, analytical, and able to think unconventionally
• The candidate should be self-driven, with an ability to synthesize information and an interest in fundamental research. They should be able to multitask, prioritize critical deliverables, and ensure high accuracy and attention to detail
• The candidate should have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills in a business-focused setting, and should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
