What you’ll do

As an intern with the Accenture Recruitment team, you'll dive headfirst into the exciting world of talent acquisition, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of recruitment activities at Accenture, where every day there will be new insights and exciting challenges to learn about.

Your journeys begins with the essential role you’ll play in managing candidates' journeys as they apply to join our organization.

As a Recruitment Intern, your responsibilities are as diverse as your interests and ongoing projects allow. Here are a few examples of what you can expect :

Full cycle recruitment:
You’ll be at the forefront of the recruitment process, whether it’s scouting fresh talent for entry-level positions or identifying seasons professionals. This includes identifying the right talents, conducting HR interviews, managing the candidate pipeline, and following up throughout the entire application journey, until the salary offer stage.
Campus Engagement:
You will be able to bring energy on campus through creative & academic initiatives, aiming to reach students for an internship or a first job.
Inclusion & Diversity:
