Your Job As a Technology Operating Model Consultant at Accenture, you will be contributing to shaping and executing our client’s business transformation agendas through technology. As part of our team you will be helping our clients in their largest strategic initiatives and most critical problems at the intersection of business and technology, including digital disruption, industry convergence, growth and innovation, global operating models, sustainable cost management, enterprise transformation, and more. Your job will involve creating and optimizing IT operating models to maximize value for organizations, their employees, stakeholders and customers. You will use your understanding of business strategy and your affinity with technology to define the strategy, and transformation roadmaps of technology organizations. As a continuous learner, you will maintain knowledge of best practices, industry landscapes and emerging technologies and apply these to develop innovative business solutions. As a Technology Operating Model Consultant, you will be expected to: Understand a client’s (IT) operating model, including the organizational structure, processes, and governance and to translate this understanding into transformation activities that will bring value to the client. Recognize the existence of various operating models, and successfully identify the elements that will be most helpful to the client. Design new operating models and transformation program governance. Assess our client’s key IT strengths and weaknesses, based on rigorous analysis and technology & industry knowledge. Guide our clients through transformation programs to successfully implement their strategies. Be a Subject Matter Expert for customer workshops and thought leadership activities. Contribute to business development and build trusted relationships with our key-clients. Qualifications Your background: Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or strong affinity with technology. Between 3 to 10 years of full lifecycle implementation experience, with at least 3-4 years of experience delivering projects in the Technology Operating Model domain, including experience in one of the Agile scaling methodologies. Experience in an advisory role and knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Spotify, LeSS, Scrum@Scale...) Certified in SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe Agilist (SA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), ITIL or equivalents Knowledge of IT Strategy, IT Governance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks is a plus. Excellent C-Level communication skills, written and oral. Strong networking skills, building and growing relationships with senior client stakeholders and addressing their needs pro-actively. Ability to build, manage and foster a project team. Fluent in English, good knowledge of French and / or Dutch
