While your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the function and line of business, you’ll make a direct impact on our employee programs. Projects may include contributing to our industry-leading performance management, training and development programs; working on recruiting and diversity initiatives; learning how to build successful teams; and working with business partners on strategy, planning and project management.

You’ll analyze data and present to senior business leaders, help with program management and work with businesses to improve training. By owning projects right from the beginning, you’ll refine your skills while building your professional network across the firm through mentorships and working with senior leaders.

On-the-job experience

You’ll contribute to initiatives involving compensation, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations. Your work might include creating and presenting data packages to senior leaders and collaborating on compensation and succession plans.

 

Training

You’ll begin with a two- to three-week induction training, which provides an overview of human resources and the firm’s business lines, and professional and technical skills development. You’ll benefit from continued training and attend speaker and networking events.

 

Career Progression

After successfully completing the program, highly-motivated Analysts will be on track for increased responsibilities and career growth opportunities. You’ll be able to explore opportunities within Human Resources, either in a corporate group or and individual line of business.

Position Summary: The incumbent will lead/support the design and implementation of people strategies, across assigned business units, aligned with business strategy. As a member of the HR team, will need to effectively deploy our core HR processes at all levels. They also need to drive the creation of a strong interpersonal culture and be involved in country level projects/initiatives.   Responsibilities -Develop understanding of strategic objectives & related people metrics -Design/support and implement people strategy and initiatives in line with the divisional business strategy -Implement various HR practices in the assigned business unit -Mentor managers and employees on issues including application of HR practices. -Provide data analytics to business leaders -Encourage organizational change across assigned organization to drive initiatives -Display a talent focused demeanour and build a strong talent pipeline and succession, bench strength within assigned units Analyze HR metrics for assigned business groups to help managers arrive at appropriate people decisions; understand trends and proactively develop plans to address concerns through meaningful actions. Collaborate with HR COEs to craft and implement need based interventions.   Qualifications and Requirements for role Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree preferred 8+ years of overall HR experience with ability to work in a large global matrix organization. Demonstrate integrity in all business interactions and honors personal commitments Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and partners. Ability to multi task and have a structured approach to handle complex situations Building rapport and Influencing skills Ability to critically think, plan and implement Outstanding oral and written communication skills Excellent analytical & technical skills (i.e. MS Word, PPT, Excel, Visio) and the use of current HRIS tools (preferably  Workday)
