Job Summary: As a Transaction Specialist within our Receivables Operations team, you will play a crucial role in capturing and verifying client-specific information from various documents. This role provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your attention to detail and productivity skills, while contributing to our team's overall success. Your responsibilities will not only involve maintaining high levels of accuracy but also ensuring that our client's data is handled with utmost precision. Job Responsibilities: Validate, verify, and identify inaccuracies (~60%) in system-extracted client information against client-specific documents within the image processing platform. The role also requires manually inputting/keying (~40%) information from client documents. Include specific responsibilities such as reading detailed customer instructions, adhering to various processing requests (from simple to complex instructions) for validating, verifying, or inputting check and invoice information, and utilizing a strong eye for detail, decision-making, and data entry skills to meet stringent client deadlines. Measure the individual on meeting/exceeding site productivity and quality standards in a timely manner. Be part of a team and meet the larger goals of the team; meet individual deliverables. Rely on the individual for decision-making in routine duties but refer/escalate non-routine situations to supervisors. Dictate the work schedule based on production volumes due to the sensitivity of meeting our customer's deadlines. Require overtime as per business needs. Maintain utmost accuracy in processing the control functions. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: Any graduate with Specific Skills - Eye for detail, decision making & Data entry Key board skill sets: 100% accuracy in validating/verifying the given information, Numeric typing speed of 8000 keystrokes per Hour, Alpha keying 40 words per minute with 100% accuracy Ability to Identify/Correct inaccuracies and validating output provided by the system. Ability to translate written amount to alpha and numeric value with accuracy. Ability to move between various systems & functions as required by the application. Ability to Compare and verify data capture and data represented on screen. Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks.  Ability to follow prescribed procedures and Flexible to learn new duties. Ability to utilize skills in various types of situations presented - including accurately validate, Identify/Correct inaccuracies from Printed Information & handwritten information, balancing one payment to multiple items and ability to make informed decisions to preclude errors further down the process. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and productivity/quality goals. Also support colleagues across geographies on execution projects Financial analysis: Understand and learn to analyze a company’s financial statements.
