Job Description

This position is responsible for handling moderate to complex inquiries, addresses various types of policies and billing inquiries from internal or external customers in an efficient, professional and accurate manner and resolving service concerns while documenting customer requests, and completing changes to policies. Service to customers may include inbound/outbound calls, incoming correspondence, other communications sources and call transfers for service transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled.

• Resolve routine, complex, and unique questions/issues.

• Inputs and tracks into the appropriate databases.

• Remain current on new marketing campaigns in order to respond appropriately to marketing related inquiries using all available resource tool.

• Demonstrates accuracy in processing changes to customer policies based on the information provided and identifies opportunities for cross sales (if applicable).

• Employs probing questions and actively listens to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the caller’s situation.

• Be able to handle any requests regarding customer documentation (to include all documents sent out by our company) and be able to clearly explain them including any follow-ups required on our customer’s part and updates as warranted

• Working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Experience

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Your Role  We at Innovaccer are looking for a Associate-Training Operations  for the corporate training team to drive operational excellence across the Innovaccer enterprise. You’ll get to work with other Professional Development and Certification team members to ensure a challenging and engaging training environment that enables our staff to thrive and grow.   A Day in the Life  Support the learning and certification program operations for select departments across Innovaccer.  Maintain the department certification planner and other Certification compliance and tracking related documents  Work with the team to develop new certification methodologies and challenges that ensure an environment of continuous learning Work with the Training Coordinators to create and implement juried role-play scenarios, asynchronous certifications, synchronous oral certifications, interactive coaching sessions, and other learning programs as per departmental needs  Assist in implementing special onboarding programs for new employees Create  and design various reports and dashboards for tracking training and certification compliance  Create, distribute, and track assessments and fulfill other certification program requirements Support content curation and creation for enablement activities as needed What You Need  Project Management - Handling multiple work streams- understanding of agile work practices.  Stakeholder management skills. Strong skills with Google suite applications, including Calendar and Drive.  1 - 4  years of experience or study in corporate training, engineering fields, marketing or sales.  Ability to self-manage, focus and prioritize under moderately stressful conditions.  A genuine interest in Healthcare and/or  Marketing, or Sales, or Learning is preferred. Must be Comfortable working in US shift hours.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Discretion / confidentiality.  Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite applications. Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite.   Preferred Skills  Engineering, or Marketing, or Sales and/or corporate operations or training background is preferred. Experience in certifications/or assessment based enablement in past roles. Understanding and knowledge of SaaS based product and sales cycle. Organization and time management skills;  dedication to completing tasks/projects in a timely manner. Detail-oriented and attitude to follow through. Self starter comfortable working independently. Adaptability and flexibility- comfortable with continuously changing priorities. Analytical thinker who proactively anticipates next best actions.
