Seeking a candidate with experience in backlog planning, production fulfillment, and MRP label management. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Backlog planning and Production fulfillment – Support on GOP / MBL / Scheduling activities as applicable
  • Production of Ribbon / Printer – stock rebalance and / guardian process.
  • Manage the Pick, Pack and Ship Activity as required.
  • Create / Validate and Design of MRP label (Maximum Retail Price)
  • Support on validation and affixing MRP label as required.
  • Support on the management of stock on arrival, related reports, and its accuracy
  • Reports and Management of records

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Graduates with exposure to similar or relevant field of work
  • Preferred At least 1 year or more related work experience.
  • Exposure to relevant compliance protocols such as MRP / EPR will be beneficial.
  • Good Proficiency in MS Excel (add on)

 

Market Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with any form of production / production line / distribution related activity.
  • Knowledge on Oracle ERP will be an add on
  • Legal Metrology and MRP labeling

 

Computer Skills    

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with the Windows operating systems
  • Familiar with the use of a laptop and / or desktop

Job Description This position is responsible for handling moderate to complex inquiries, addresses various types of policies and billing inquiries from internal or external customers in an efficient, professional and accurate manner and resolving service concerns while documenting customer requests, and completing changes to policies.
