Job description 

Job Summary

  • Work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Product, Integrations Support, Tech Support and other teams to support their business operation requests to drive merchants and Razorpay outcomes
  • Support the sales team while onboarding a new merchant by managing configurations on internal and external systems and work closely with internal teams such as Activations and Operations Team for other onboarding and configuration processes
  • Coordinate with other teams like Banking, Finance, Support, Integration and Tech for identifying a solution and resolving merchant queries 
  • Own end-to-end communication with the merchant and support in solving queries such as creating manual order reports, reconciling orders, tracking payment statuses etc.
