Job Title : Operations Associate

Job Location : 100% Remote

Job Shift : US EST Shift (6.30 pm- 3.30 am, IST)

We're looking for an Operations Associate to join us and expand our Team. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support decision-making, generate reports, and provide insights to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track progress.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
  • Project Management: Participate in and drive initiatives forward within Customer Operations, Customer Success, and Sales as needed across planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and materials, and perform data cleanup within Salesforce and Google Sheets.
  • Strategic Planning : Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to support strategic and operational initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education in business administration, finance, operations management, or related fields (not absolute but nice-to-have).
  • Experience in similar previous roles (operations, strategy, or something similar) in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, Salesforce).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Education • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) Experience • 0-2 years experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities • This job does not have supervisory duties. Education & Experience (in lieu) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
