Responsibility!

One will only on occasion own requisitions and drive the recruiting process for select executive roles. Ones' time will be spent on working closely with the TA Head in driving recruitment delivery and implementing the regional strategy through projects and delivery initiatives in the following areas:

  • Recruitment Delivery via RPO
  • RPO Implementation & Change Management
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Employer Branding & University Hiring
  • Diversity & Inclusion

Requirement

Prior experience ideally includes the following:

  • End to End recruitment at a multi-national organization. While one will not recruit often, need to have recruited to help an outstanding talent acquisition function.
  • Driving TA projects.
  • Have experience with recruitment marketing/employer branding, digitization analytics, candidate experience, etc.
  • In-house corporate recruitment and RPO experience. Can’t just have agency/executive search experience to adapt to and deliver results in a sophisticated matrix environment.
  • APAC/ASEAN/regional scope. We are multi-cultural, and our stakeholders are global.

Will work closely with regional & global stakeholders such as:

  • TA team & Hiring managers & RPO Account Director
  • HR SMEs (Learning & Development, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, and Total Rewards)
  • HR generalists and HR business partners

Success factors include:

  • Will work on own spreadsheets, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, etc. This is an individual contributor role, however, there is RPO team and internal recruitment team with a dotted line.
  • Stakeholder management. Ability to engage, encourage, and influence people
  • Work with global stakeholders with different cultures, communication styles, and ways of working. So, need to adapt approach as needed.
  • Prioritize and plan time as multiple projects running simultaneously. We have a flexible work environment, so can balance work with ones' other priorities.
  • Results oriented.
  • We love tools and technology at Ericsson, so one need to be eager to learn technology.
  • Data driven. Must love data and want to analyze and use it to influence, strategize and educate.
  • Able to step into the regional talent acquisition Head role in the near future. Capability to lead the function for the region in future. A succession plan will be developed.
