Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will primarily work with the Talent Acquisition team across APAC office of AML RightSource. This role requires adaptability in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment, outstanding people skills, and strong administrative and organizational support in the scheduling, interviewing, and hiring of AMLRS employees.


Key Responsibilities
TA Intern Coordinator is expected to pursue and handle increasing responsibility. Essential duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
 

  • Overall administrative and recruiting support of the Talent Acquisition team through job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling and coordination.
  • Timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Dispositioning and updating candidates status on ATS post interview, selection and offer stages
  • Manage post selection and pre-onboarding documentation post offer is extended to the candidates and engage with candidates as per 30-60-90 days’ notice timelines.
  • Prepare details of new hires for HR Operations to execute BGV and other joining formalities
  • Update daily interview tracker for recruiters and real time update on offers.
  • Schedule phone, video and in-person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • Proactively follow-up with interviewers regarding feedback on candidates.
  • Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases and ATS.
  • Work with universities/colleges and technical programs as well as other resources in sharing career opportunities.

 

  • Ad Hoc recruitment related duties including, but not exclusive to, Sourcing, Pipelining, candidate screening as required and capacity allows
     

Required Qualifications
Successful candidates will demonstrate a history of outstanding extracurricular and academic interests as well as relevant experience and skills including:
 

  • 0-6 months of  work experience, preferably in a recruitment coordination role/ or an internship in HR is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated teamwork experience through academic, professional, and/or extracurricular activities
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Graduate degree or PG in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Understanding of ATS Workday will be good to have.
