Responsibilities Include:

  • Engage with business units (customer units, domains and other support functions in the MA) to translate the business plan into a workforce plan, continuously updated through regular tactical planning and ongoing calibration.
  • Proactively support our People Business Partners providing insights and reports to address business challenges through proactive reporting and developing insightful analytics.
  • Analyze business performance and build a model for how to create an effective workforce planning process and methodology, closely connected to business strategy and priorities as well as the financial plans. In this role you will collaborate with leaders, business operations teams, people business partners and business controllers across all functional units to find an effective and broad approach to people planning.
  • Leverage and prepare reports and analytics that can make visible trends and data points that validate talent recommendations, identify areas of focus, demonstrate the impact of people data and lead to informed decisions.
  • Actively participate as a Subject Matter Expert in the Global People Analytics Community of Practice. Collaborate and learn from other People Analytics experts across the wider organization.
  • Actively recognize emerging trends, challenges, and business needs. Provide creative solutions to be applied wherever necessary by designing and developing analytical solutions or research to help informed data led decisions.
  • Use creativity to build engaging data visualization and tell a narrative
  • Work with all areas of the People function (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Total Rewards) and help them bring together information to support their deliveries.
