We seek 2 positions for Global Learning & coaching Delivery AC to join our New Delhi & Pune , India office. The HR Associate Consultant partners with the functional leaders, business stakeholders across offices to ensure seamless operations, facilitation & program management.

The role encompasses training program management(25%), facilitation of learning program(25%) & Talent advisor role for our A/AC business group.(50%)

The Global Training Delivery Associate reports directly to the Global Training Delivery Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate learning programs for front line employees of the firm – in-person & virtual
  • Play the role of a Talent advisor for helping employees navigate the ZS ecosystem by guiding them
  • Develop learning content for new programs or revamping existing learning programs.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and facilitators across various offices to schedule training, implement communication plans, manage participant enrollments and coordinate training logistics;
  • Implement different methods for training analytics and metrics reporting;
  • Manage course scheduling and tracking on the ZS internal Learning Management System;
  • Ensure completion of various post-training activities such as assessments, participant feedback, and participation data recording;
  • Partner with Learning & Expertise Development geographic leads  to assist in training planning;
  • Team with subject matter experts to implement and evaluate training and other learning resources;
  • Partner with L&ED Program Leads to coordinate and schedule flagship programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training or related field required, advanced degree welcome;
  • Minimum (2) years of experience in core L&D – facilitations, Content development, Program management
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills, Intermediate Excel skills required;
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization;
  • Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with project team members and extended stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverables;
  • Good task management and organizational skills.

Primary responsibility requires ownership for the reporting and regulatory compliance for the company.
