What you'll do...
This position is an individual contributor role responsible to manage project management and administrative tasks such as creating/updating power points, tracking tasks, monitoring status, basic data analysis, developing project plans etc for the S/4HANA R3 implementation program. This would involve partnering with our tech and business teams to understand the market dynamics and develop project plans. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

What you'll do:
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects around S4HANA implementation by identifying external/internal customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance; accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
• Work closely with Walmart internal teams and users to understand the business and market nuances and develop SAP roll-out project plans with leadership and implementation teams. • Drives visibility to project and program performance by developing and tracking performance metrics; developing score card reporting tools.
• senior leadership; ensuring all applicable data is included in reports; and providing reports according to established timelines.
• Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Proactively leads innovation and new process strategies by partnering with cross-functional teams across the business; benchmarking with industry experts through continuous education and use of networks; developing assessments of key opportunities; demonstrating the ability to translate technical solutions into business solutions; supporting the development of long-term plans and project timelines; and communicating with and influencing decision-makers and executives within the organization.

What you'll bring:
• Master’s Degree in Finance, Operations, Strategy, Supply chain, Statistics, Communications or related with 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting/ project management/ERP Implementation
• ERP Preferably SAP (FICO) Implementation Project experience (Most critical)
• Exposure to Change/project management methodologies or tools(Jira, Azure, DevOps etc)

• Strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, organizational skills, and analytical skills. . Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• PMP or project management certification (Preferred)
• Six Sigma or lean certification (Preferred)
• Open to work in US overlap hours( 1-10pm or 2-11pm India time)
