Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Create a vision for the growth and success of the program.
• Establish and optimize processes for acquiring & onboarding sellers
• Establish new norms on various aspects of the program and build alignment across teams.
• Build mechanisms within the team and with partners that guide program growth & improvements.
• Build the foundation that enables multifold growth on the program
• Provide detailed inputs to the product team based on learnings - on planned and new capabilities.

Local Shops program enables offline sellers to adopt online selling i.e. Sell on Amazon. It is a key Amazon initiative to enable SMBs in India to grow though digitization. The team has ambitious goals to reach out to the vast and diverse seller population in India and make Local Shops on Amazon an integral part of their business. We build capabilities that can help sellers them thrive and succeed online.


About the team
Local Shops program enables offline sellers to adopt online selling i.e. Sell on Amazon. It is a key Amazon initiative to enable SMBs in India to grow though digitization. The team has ambitious goals to reach out to the vast and diverse seller population in India and make Local Shops on Amazon an integral part of their business. We build capabilities that can help sellers them thrive and succeed online.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree
- • 5+ years of experience · Technology affinity and a track record of employing systems to drive simplification, efficiency and change Strong and effective communication skills which include the ability to write compelling, concise documents ·
- • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment and take data backed decisions
- • Excellent business judgement, with a track record of generating ideas and solving problems independently
- • Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships and networks

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Preferred qualifications
- • MBA or advanced degree a plus
- • Prior experience in planning, defining & implementing program strategy and data analytics
- • Prior experience in cross functional stakeholder management

About the role: Netskope is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager for our Enterprise PMO office who can partner in executing projects and programs that support product deliveries across Cloud. You will be responsible for overseeing engineering development projects and ensuring the continued timely delivery of our award-winning enterprise security products. You will drive the development of detailed schedules, resource allocation plans and budgets, and work closely with engineering leadership to drive projects and software releases to timely delivery. This role requires you to be an expert multitasker, a master planner, and a flexible thinker who can balance multiple objectives and teams in multiple locations. Responsibilities Manage cross-functional software engineering programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas. Manage programs and projects related to building and enhancing cloud infrastructure. Manage dependencies across multiple teams in multiple geographies. Organizing sprint planning meetings, getting estimates from Dev Leads, and working with product managers to prioritize sprint tasks. Tracking sprint development, ensuring milestones within a sprint are met, and regularly communicating status or raising flags for features that are behind schedule. Develop and manage end-to-end program & project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
