Position Summary...

The User Generated Content team, as part of the larger Customer Experience team, leads the charter to build end-to-end experience for our customers to provide their feedback regarding our products, services and sellers.
We help our customers get by providing relevant, authentic, and rich user generated content that helps narrow down their choices and solidify confident purchase decisions.

Position Summary
Product managers are the leaders who shape the vision and long term strategic positioning of the team.
As the product lead for the UGC (User Generated content) team, the expectation is to build on the vision above, create roadmaps, get the teams excited around the roadmap, communicate across stakeholders, lead the team and help execute the charter.
What you'll do:
- Develops and champions a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives
- Develops in-depth understanding of user behaviour and business implications for the respective product rooted in data and analysis
- Drives the product discovery process for large, complex, and/or ambiguous projects
- Supports product implementation and deployment for large, complex, and ambiguous projects
- Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
What you'll bring:
Strong Retail/e-commerce domain knowledge, led and delivered complex product and business initiatives
Proven experience of building Customer experience products as a Product Manager and led large business initiatives
Ability to organize and prioritize work, establish realistic goals and deadlines and manage changing priorities
Ability to achieve goals in an innovative environment and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
