ServiceNow Platform Support - custom applications

Experience Range:

4-6 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the ServiceNow scripting, debugging, development, and support functions

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Post graduate in Science and Engineering Streams
  • Good knowledge of Service Now Basics and configurations
  • Knowledge and working experience on Javascript, Client and Server side scripting – Business rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Data Policies – all scripted aspects of the Service Now system.
  • Knowledge and working experience of UI interfaces within Service Now – Service Portal, CMS, Native – UI pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, Angular JS.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and work with management to prioritize tasks.
  • Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to assist in determining the root cause of problems, and offer recommendations or suggestions for a quick, but effective, resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong confidence in abilities and knowledge.

  • Flexibility to provide off-hours and weekend support for maintenance, testing, and general on-call support.

Lead and inspire a team of middle managers, team leads, instructional designers, training developers, and support staff, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the TaaS offerings. Monitor ISG TaaS performance objectives to ensure obtainment of key goals are attained by the India TaaS team.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Instructional Systems Design, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within the training industry, with a strong understanding of current best practices and thought leadership. Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets (5+ years).
