Job description  Position Description We are looking for creative, technical problem solvers to join our Intelligent Process Automation advisory practice that advises clients on the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Cognitive Technologies to achieve business outcomes such as cost reduction, capability enhancement and risk mitigation. Our Automation consulting team in Bangalore interfaces with ISG teams in North America and Europe to design, develop and deploy Automation solutions for clients globally utilizing Automation software such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath and others.  As a Lead Consultant / Consulting Manager on the Automation team, you will have the opportunity to deliver value to clients working as both an individual contributor and by directing the efforts of Senior Analysts on the team.     Position Responsibilities: Responsible for all technical aspects of Automation implementation projects and initiatives. Either as an individual contributor or managing a team of Senior Analyst, support the ISG project lead in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored Automation solution that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes.
