Production and Quality Operations – Buyers Guide Research Products

Position Summary

The role of the production and quality operations is to be methodical in the processing and quality in the creation and delivery of research products. The position will focus on the integration of research into deliverables that meet the expectations of the leadership and clients and adhere to the schedule for timely delivery. The ability to identify issues that can impact delivery and work towards resolution is essential. Work closely with research analyst, project manager and program management along with client success teams to meet expectations of Buyers Guide research programs.

Position Description:

The ISG Production and Quality operations will be dedicated to the success of the Buyers Guides with internal stakeholders and external software providers. The role is expected to coordinate and operate across teams of individuals and ensure the efficient and quality production of Buyers Guides and report on status of them in project management, tracking and weekly review meetings. The position is expected to discover and learn about topics of Buyers Guide through working with team members to ensure optimal results. The individual will have project management and significant production experience, strong English writing and speaking skills, extensive experience in spreadsheets, document and digital products and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Management, specifically digital Buyers Gude research products.
  • Manage and govern Excel based grading files utilizing PivotTables and complex formulas.
  • Maintenance, quality control, and trouble shooting of Excel and data files.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure quality of deliverables.
  • Develop Word and PowerPoint reports using templated files, responsible for quality control, fact and number checking.
  • Ensure the quality production of Adobe Acrobat and digital posting of deliverables.
  • Update trackers with new risks, issues, and change requests[LJ1] .
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained. appropriately for each project.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Skills Required:

  • 2-3 years of overall experience in a digital production role. Ideally would have experience managing across different time zones.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing tasks to ensure deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Highly proficient at MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project) and HubSpot.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education level and experience:

·       Computer Science degree from recognized institutes preferably with MBA
