Job description
Project Management responsibilities include:
· Responsible for driving successful completion of all projects and run a program
· Ensuring all projects meet the defined timelines
· Closely working with the team members in defining the timelines for the studies
· Maintaining client contact database with the help of team members
· Ensuring that trackers are maintained
· Proactive communication and coordination with internal stakeholders such as QCRT members
· Ensuring timely updating of templates
· Driving usage of Project Management Tools
· Managing client expectations effectively without delays
· Responsible for closure of the project including file management
· Working with reporting managers to update the management about delays, issues and challenges
· Manage different time zones
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Training and mentoring the team
· Managing teams
· Managing training materials
· Suggesting process improvements and bringing process efficiencies to effectively manage the product lifecycle
· Responsible for hiring and building a team
Qualifications:
· 9-12 years of overall experience in Project Management
· Graduate or Post graduate
· Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Office, JIRA, Monday.com, MS Project.
· Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
· Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred
· Team management skills
· Problem-solving and leadership skills
· Detail oriented
