Position Description:
Project Management support resources that can assist with a variety of project management tasks. These resources will generally interface with ISG analysts, ISG advisors and external clients (service providers). They may interface with clients directly. Key tasks they will perform on a daily basis include:
· Project Management
· Create & manage projects
· Develop project schedules and monitor progress
· Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives
· Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to manage the progress of the project
· Customize tracking tools / templates for specific projects
· Schedule of briefing calls with various stakeholders
· Work on multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously
· Lead process of issue identification and resolution
· Manage risk-tracking process
· Monitor and manage project scope
· Manage different time zones
· Maintenance of project progress
· Maintenance of provider participation tracker
· Maintenance of contact database
· Managing client expectations effectively without delays
Required Experience:
3-6 years of overall experience in PM.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Post graduate
Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving and leadership skills
Detail oriented
Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Office, JIRA, Monday.com, MS Project.
Conflict resolution experience
