What success looks like in this role:
Provide support in the annual quota setting process, ensuring that associate data is correctly implemented within the Incentive Compensation Management tool and aligned with the annual operating plan
Partner with other sales compensation team member to process sales associates results and calculate eligible payments based on the approved plan design
Develop reporting to provide insight on associate and plan level attainment
Provide KPI analysis on all areas of sales compensation
Support Incentive Compensation Management system data integration, system design, and testing
Manage data provided from various internal systems to facilitate results and payment processing
You will be successful in this role if you have:
3-5 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR or another business area
Analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable insights
Attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency and ownership
Excel expert, including Pivot Tables; Macros a plus
Strong financial and business acumen
Experience developing and implementing process improvements
System / relational database development; Varicent experience a plus
