Job Description

Sales Enablement- Senior Executive at Zycus is a highly tech-savvy leader who has a critical role in ensuring that sales / pre-sales teams are empowered and equipped with right content and technology stack / software tools to effectively sell Zycus’ current and new product offerings.

This includes working collaboratively with marketing, sales, product, and other key stakeholders to increase sales results and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & deliver on new hire onboarding, training, and certification programs for both Sales and presales teams
  • Deploy technology-driven sales enablement tactics including administering, implementation, on-going trouble shooting and high level of adoption of enablement tools and platforms:
  • CRM - SFDC,
  • Content Management – e.g. Showpad, Highspot, Seismic etc.
  • Revenue forecasting – e.g Clari
  • Conversational AI – e.g Gong/ Chorus
  • Learning management systems
  • Demo automation etc.  – e.g Consensus
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement enablement programs, training and coaching which helps enhancing sales skills and productivity
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Zycus’ core business model and processes, acquire a strong understanding of Zycus’ product attributes
  • Design and execute learning programs focusing on “what to sell” and “how to sell”
  • Work closely with cross functional stakeholders, with a primary objective to ensure exceptional sales performance that achieves sales, retention, and revenue targets

Job Requirement

Requirements

  • While a working knowledge or exposure to some of the above listed sales enablement tools is desirable, it is absolutely critical that the Sales Enablement manager has a ‘tech savvy mindset’ and a curiosity to learn new tech stack and the implement / ensure usage of tech powered sales methodologies.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to work with numbers, reports & insights
  • Background in sales enablement, sales coaching/mentoring, sales operations, content creation for sales team or sales
  • Business-focused with a sales oriented and customer-success-driven mindset
  • Previous experience in sales / marketing in a SaaS environment is an added advantage
  • Content creation experience building assets and materials that are externally facing and can be used by the sales team to facilitate their sales cycle
  • Strategic thinking ability that can take broad vision and develop structured plans of action to drive tangible outcomes
  • Ability to:
  • Work in a global and matrix environment
  • Work in Agile environment
  • Lead and influence others without direct authority
  • Facilitate collaborative, cross-functional design sessions
  • Working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies

Qualifications:
BE + MBA preferred with 3-5 years of experience

For candidates with technology powered sales enablement experience and workex, MBA is not mandatory
