Job description 

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team to support our Global Channel Programs business team. You will work closely with the channel programs team and our partners in order to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales operations issues and channel escalations related to channel investments and incentives. You will play a key role in streamlining processes and enabling channel execution to support the growth of our channel business.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist Partners with accurate and timely investment project/claim submissions by confirming appropriate documentation and adhering to company guidelines and compliance
  • Support day-to-day system and program-related issues including submitting help desk tickets, addressing escalations, adding new users to MDF systems, and project or claims payment issues as needed
  • Provide training to channel partners on MDF program guidelines, policies, and best practices
  • Develop a keen understanding of partner program requirements; execute approved programs, support audit inquiries, and ensure compliance
  • Provide backend support for the global Channel team as needs arise (ROI tracking and analysis, deck creation, reports)
  • Flexibility supporting and working global time zones (PST/EST – early morning/late evening meetings)

 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in channel/operations/marketing/sales 
  • Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Team player with proven ability to drive results on distributed, cross-functional teams across the globe
  • Intermediate excel skills are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
