1. Work closely with internal and external customer to understand customer requirements and propose the best possible solution for the given application.                             
2. On time submission of quality offer in coordination with BDM’s, sales team and factory PSQ’s.
3. Provide technical support and attend the pre and post order technical meeting with sales (Wherever applicable).                                    
4. Ensure CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data are updated regularly.                                       
5. Ensure customer purchase orders are technically accurate as per quoted and commercially verified before sending for order entry.                                           
6. Should be systematic and assertive character. He/she must be able to manage complex situations under pressure.                                
7. Ensure DOA (Delegation of Authority) process compliance before offer submission.
