In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To coordinate with the sales team or project pursuit to attend to the enquiries from customers and provide them with timely and accurate information.
- To prepare techno-commercial offers that meet the customer's requirements and expectations, as well as the company's standards and policies.
- To handle a key account customer and maintain a strong relationship with them, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- To assist the sales team in resolving technical queries and providing them with the necessary support and guidance in both enquiry and post order stage.
- To obtain and review post order documentation approval from the customer and ensure its compliance with the contract terms and conditions.
- To maintain a good company image of professionalism, competency, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience in the control valve industry (required).
- A degree in engineering or related field
- Hands on knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection.
- Good communication skills and ability to engage with various parts of the business to achieve goals;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Creating portfolios as evidence for your competency element as part of structured continued further education in mechanical engineering;
- Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility (preferred).
