Job Description Zycus is looking out for a Manager - Learning and Development with an experience of about 8 -10 years in Human Resouce Development. The Manager - L&D will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs for the organization. This role involves analyzing training needs, developing strategies, and overseeing the delivery of effective learning initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. The L&D Manager will work with employees, managers, and HR Business Partner to support the career development of our employees and also deliver Training Programs. Role and Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic vision for learning and development that supports organizational goals and objectives. Assess the organization's learning and development needs through various methods, such as surveys, interviews, and data analysis. Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Manage and run multiple learning and employee development Projects. Design and implement comprehensive learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical training, and other relevant areas. Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and other resources. Oversee the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and facilitation. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and analysis of key performance indicators. Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and apply relevant innovations to enhance training initiatives. Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and training providers to supplement internal learning resources. Supervise and mentor a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities. Collaborate with the HR team to align learning and development initiatives with talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes. Establish and maintain learning metrics and reporting systems to track the impact and ROI of training initiatives. Stay updated with advancements in learning technologies and leverage them to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training programs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all learning and development activities Job Requirement Skills & Experience Required: MBA in Human Resources or a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology 8-10 years of proven experience in learning and development, including instructional design, training delivery, Strong Project Management and program management skills with a strong ability to drive and execute learning goals for the organization. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning theories, and instructional design methodologies. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering a variety of training methods, including e-learning, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and blended learning approaches. Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning authoring tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
