Zycus is looking out for a Manager - Learning and Development with an experience of about 8 -10 years in Human Resouce Development. The Manager - L&D will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs for the organization. This role involves analyzing training needs, developing strategies, and overseeing the delivery of effective learning initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. The L&D Manager will work with employees, managers, and HR Business Partner to support the career development of our employees and also deliver Training Programs.
