Job Description

The incumbent would report into the sales head and be responsible to:

  • Ensure stakeholder management and effective engagement
  • Manage channel spend efficiently
  • Lead and groom the team- on-role and off-role
  • Analyse business parameters & results; ensuring a standard reporting / dashboard and making recommendations for betterment, in continuity
  • Ensuring effective engagement of all by ensuring healthy ROI, inventory and cash management
  • Controlling & monitoring discounts and channel margins; ensuring credit and commercial control
  • Steering the business towards a more process-driven & less people-dependent direction

The Successful Applicant

  • An MBA from a reputed institution (Batch-2017/2018 preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales with at least 3 years in leadership role
  • Entrepreneurial character with strong people management, communication and organisational skills
