We are looking for a highly experienced LLB graduate who can conduct extensive due diligence for acquiring companies and properties. You will be responsible for drafting various agreements and documents, managing contracts, protecting intellectual property rights, conducting legal research, and providing advice on commercial and contractual issues. You must have excellent commercial contracting skills, team management skills, and good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Description
- Conducting extensive due diligence for acquiring companies/properties
- Drafting collaboration agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Loan Agreements, Banking documents, related party agreement, Joint Development Agreement, Long Term Lease deed etc. Other documents including non- disclosure agreement, memorandum of understanding etc.
- Contract Management: negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements / documents covering financial, commercial, information technology, HR related contracts
- Intellectual Property Rights: Protection of all intellectual property rights of the company by registration
- Identifying the relevant IP of the company post discussions with stakeholder and filing for registration
- Legal Research: Conducting legal research on various issues and provide advice and legal opinions pertaining to various commercial, business and contractual issues and matters
The Successful Applicant
You must be an LLB graduate with at-least 10 years of experience, ideally a mix of law firm and in-house.
You must have excellent commercial contracting skills and team management skills. You must have good communication and stakeholder management skills
