Sales Process Management
○ Define and drive a sound commercial growth strategy
○ Ensure the sales and account management teams are well-versed in a
value-driven sales approach, comprehensive product knowledge and our
strategic sales process.
○ Drive the adoption and effective use of CRM tools to automate and
optimize the sales and account management processes.
○ Offer insights-based coaching, leveraging CRM data to enhance team
performance and address areas of improvement.
● Team Leadership and Development
○ Hire and onboard top-tier sales executives with a hunter profile, focused on
aggressively seeking new business
○ Recruit meticulous account managers with a farmer profile, dedicated to
nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
○ Provide hands-on field training, showcasing how to generate leads,
cultivate client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals
successfully
○ Effectively propel the vision and values of the organization within the
sales and account management
● Performance Management and Reporting
○ Implement a sales process with clear sales performance KPIs in order to
ensure a healthy pipeline and high conversion ratios.
○ Lead the sales team proactively, setting clear performance expectations at
every step of the sales funnel and consistently ensuring high achievement
○ Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, helping the broader
organization align resources and priorities accordingly.
○ Establish and enforce 100% CRM compliance across the teams, ensuring a
reliable source for data-driven insights and reporting.
