As a Workday Adaptive Planning Configuration & Development, the candidate will act as a Product
Developer in the HR Data & Planning Team to secure Business Satisfaction and Expectations.
He/She will be in charge of Business Requests analysis to define appropriate Design, Development, Tests
Deployment, Documentation and Operations to ensure and the full Business satisfaction.
As part of the ICT HR Data Adaptive team, he/she is in charge of handling the various requests of data
integration, data extraction and Business process automation in Workday Adaptive in full consistency with
the entire Workday framework


Responsibilities:


● Participate in design workshops, deliver Document and Propositions with impacts analysis
● Provide proactive analysis & communication
● Analyse Product new releases to identify opportunities and impacts assessment
● Update existing models configuration aligned with sprint planning
● Cutover plans or Knowledge Transfer depending on the needs
● Investigate and Solve incidents with stakeholders and Editors
Deliverables:
● User story implementation
● Solution Analysis and Assessment dossiers
● Configuration update
● Knowledge transfer document
● Incidents resolution
● Update of Technical Documents


Qualification & Experience:


● Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology
or relevant stream, with 4 - 7 years of experience in the mentioned scope
● Experience in Workforce/Personnel Planning using Workday Adaptive Planning
● Very good culture of IT, Reporting, Data Visualization & Dashboards and Analytics

● Planning & Reporting
● Adaptive Integration

● Data integration
● Being able to work in an environment using Agile and SAFe frameworks
● Able to speak up, to proactively get topics from backlog or feed the backlog, to proactively search
solution on his/her own, to educate himself/herself on his/her own if indeed and be able to build
and mobilize his/her network of helpers in Europe to find solutions.


Nice to have:


● Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus
