Workday HR Reporting Specialist will be part of Information Management (IM) function, which is an integral part of Airbus IT department and is building and operating new business platforms and services adopting new technologies, automation, digital native skills and agile ways of working to accelerate our digitalization journey. IM is about making the benefits of digital technologies available to Airbus so we can bring value to market much faster, while retaining quality and scale. The HR Transformation & Digital department has the mission to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new Digital capabilities while continuously boosting the HR performance in order to meet HR customer’s business needs. As a WORKDAY HR Reporting specialist, you will be responsible for: - Developing customized metrics, dashboards, and reports. - Proposing innovative solutions (new reports, new functionalities) based on Workday future releases. - Ensuring smooth transition from SAP BI reporting tools to Workday reporting tools. - Demonstrating good judgment and discretion by dealing with highly sensitive data Qualification & Experience
● Confirmed professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in Workday HR Reporting.
● Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
● Structured, self-organized and collaborative way of working
● Creativity and appetence for problem solving
● Project management
● Definition of customers’ needs for data and analysis based on HR system
● Mindset of continuous improvement and lean methods
● Ability to network in multicultural environment
● English: Business proficiency level written and Spoken Required skills :
● Strong knowledge on Workday HR reports / dashboards creation (certification would be a plus).
● Strong knowledge on the Workday core HCM module (certification would be a plus).
● Workday PRISM knowledge would be a plus.
● Very good knowledge and understanding of HR KPI’s
● Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet expertise. Success Metrics Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to
