Looking for a self-motivated and result-oriented individual to lead and manage teams of skilled staff in a multi-country payroll environment. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate service delivery, compliance with HR and payroll regulations, and continuous improvement of performance standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual with an ability and experience to manage, motivate and lead teams of skilled staff consistently
  • Maintain emphasis within the team on deadlines, quality, knowledge, communication, data privacy, control procedures and continuous improvement on performance standards in a multi-country payroll environment
  • Interact closely with Payroll/Offboarding vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Co-ordinate with all stakeholders including all HR teams for business needs
  • Complete employer obligations around tax filing and other regulatory reporting
  • Should be able to lead team  in interpreting, implementing understanding on payroll and HR related legislations
  • Escalate and handle issues for timely and effective closure
  • Managing External and Internal Audits
  • Ownership of process, knowledge documents, and team performance and development
  • Analysis of metrics of the team - internal and vendors
  • Drive and encourage process improvement opportunities
  • Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting including resource management
  • Lead projects connected to HR Operations deliverables
  • Operational statistics/trends to plan resources proactively
  • Complete performance reviews with TL's and meet their respective teams to discuss performance and work with them on development plans
  • Coach, provide feedback, mentor, lead by example, and provide direction and guidance to their teams

 

Qualification

  • Graduate 7-9 years/Ops Experience, exposure to process improvement tools, people & process management
  • Knowledge of multinational payroll /accounting preferred /  Extensive knowledge of SAP or other payroll processing ERPs / Project Management
  • Excellent organization and time management skills. Should exercise good judgment in prioritizing deliverables for oneself and team
  • Very strong calculation / analytical skills
  • Strong execution skills
