Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team and support the Performance & Rewards function of KONE Americas as our People and Communications Service Process Specialist of Performance & Rewards?  

 

Part of your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

- Supporting Performance and Reward (P&R) processes through Workday activities to include, but not limited to data analyses, data accuracy audits, documentation creation other Workday activities. 

- Participates and/or conducts trainings on P&R related processes including:

Annual Salary Increase Process (Merit)

Annual Bonus Plans

Performance Management including Goal Setting, Mid-Year Reviews and Performance Review

 

- Supports other P&R related topics including Transportation Allowance, Paid Time Off/Vacation, Service Awards, etc.

- Partners with P&R to identify and implement Workday configuration and functionality that enables quicker and easier access and reporting of P&R data for the business.

- Responsible for responding to assigned AskHR cases in a timely manner with excellent customer service.

- Creates, updates and/or validates work instructions related to P&R and other HR Services specific documentation as well as identifies process improvements, recommendations, and implements improvements once approved.

 

As our Process Specialist of Performance & Rewards, you will bring 2+ years knowledge and experience of HCM/HR Systems (Workday, SAP, etc.) to support your day to day with a thorough understanding of Workday preferred. Additionally, outside of a preferred Bachelor's degree, you will also bring an advanced Excel and Word skillset, while proficient in MS Outlook and PowerPoint, and an overall experience leveraging technology within HR to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
