We are looking for a Data Scientist who will utilize internal and external data to design, develop, and deliver analytic solutions and machine-learning models to solve business problems. Part of the expectations in this role is that you would deliver assigned backlog items according to the plans and design data modeling processes, create algorithms and models to provide insights or solutions for business use. Through some of these tasks, you will maintain the implemented analytic solution by making necessary and timely modifications and ensure the quality of deliverables by working according to industry best practices and defined designs for the features.

Below are some of the responsibilities to be expected in this role:

- Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization’s short, medium, and long-term financial and competitive position and provide actionable insights, key findings, and conclusions to business.

- Provide analysis of key dependencies between the key operational processes, relationships, and metrics by translating complex information and building action plans that others will understand and adopt.

- Responsible for demonstrating in-depth domain-specific knowledge; critically evaluating new analytical methods and applying them

As our Data Scientist, you will bring 4+ year degree in data science, data analytics, mathematics, computer science, or other related fields. In addition, you will bring experience within data analytics/algorithm development, SQL/non-SQL databases, cloud architecture and agile experience, and an understanding of of use towards large scale automated decision-making systems.

With the tangible background above, this would couple your skillset with setting high quality standards for yourself and others; collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in a positive demeanor; identify minor details vs. important information through analyzing and objective judgement; as well as identifying gaps through pattern recognition and where continuous improvement could support.
