Job Title – Product Manager-Toll & Transit          

Place of work - Mumbai

Job Purpose:

Design Products for the toll and transit domain. Create partnerships in issuance and acquiring business. Regulatory and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Expert in digital payment space like UPI, BBPS, NFC, prepaid cards, wallets and API base solutions

• Knowledge of digital journeys and understanding of mobile APP will be added advantage

•The role holder will be responsible for working with Technology Delivery Managers, HPE team, Enterprise / Solution Architects and vendor partners to create technical and functional specifications for underlying systems.

• The product management team would be responsible for keeping the customer delivery based on new products and features

• The Resource would also be responsible for upgrading the products and solutions working closely with the Product and Business teams.

•Ensure Product release cycle ensuring the features are tested and deployed as per expectation

•Work with Product Managers and business to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer First solutions.

•Help teams with Agile project management and work with project management leads and tech for delivery

•Coordinate with regulators and ensure the product enhancements are in line with the regulatory guidelines

•Documentation quality and speed (Detailed & Exhaustive)

•Minimal scope creeps and changes post sign-off (# of bugs requiring additional CRs)

• # of UAT bugs

•Proficiency in delivering various product notes, SOP and product release management

•Knowledge of various RBI circulars & guidelines about digital payment, prepaid product

•Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Educational Qualifications:        

Post Graduate

 Experience:

10+ years of experience, 

-Preference will be given to candidates who have expertise in technical design, intermediate in architecture and strategy, Intermediate banking skills in application specific domain and Expert technology skills in application specific domain; Previous experience in Product management will be preferred
