Seeking an Analyst for Third Party Risk Management in our Risk Management department. Responsibilities include implementing and ensuring compliance of the Vendor Risk Management framework, validating compliances, maintaining a database of vendors, and preparing management reports. Additional responsibilities include assisting with stakeholder management and conducting UAT testing. The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree/MBA/CA/PG.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement processes and ensure compliance of Vendor Risk Management framework. Validate Compliances as per 3rd Party Risk Management Framework by Business unit viz. Risk Assessments, Reviews, availability mandatory clauses in contracts. Build & Maintain Database of Vendor and provide to Stakeholders as required. Follow up and Arrange availability of Contracts. Track Open issues related to Framework or Vendors, if not being separately tracked. Prepare MIS/Data as required by Management and Regulators.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Help in managing Stakeholders Requirements – Audit, Compliance, legal, BCM, ISG, AP. Conduct UAT testing during System implementation.
- Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Manage Support staff, if provided as per requirements.
Key Success Metrics:
- No Compliance and Audit issues related to Outsourcing.
- Availability of Comprehensive records and contracts of the vendors.
